I am from the Montgomery area and graduated from Valley Central High School. I have been managing 1st Independent Realty Group full-time for 2 years, but I have been a licensed agent since 2008 and just recently became a broker in 2021. I am a hardworking person and have a strong passion for this business.

I specialize in all facets of the real estate business, whether it’s first-time home buyers, REO properties/field work, or providing help in the luxury market. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my children, grandchildren and husband. My main goal is providing customer satisfaction to all!

Maria began to expand her entrepreneurial journey by pursuing her passion for Real Estate in 2012 and began her career with First Independent Realty Group in 2013 as a Real Estate Salesperson.

With extensive training and knowledge of foreclosure procedures, Maria impressively holds multiple licenses with her Real Estate Associate Broker, as a Home Inspector, Appraiser Assistant, and a Notary for Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange Counties.

Her separate licensure accomplishments are an asset with Real Estate properties, to help better understand and provide customers with a well-rounded home buying/ selling experience in this industry. Her calm presence helps you to relax during moments that may become stressful.

Lorri has been long interested in the real estate business and finally took the leap. She believes her eye for detail and knowledge of the area will help her clients. She is looking forward to helping you find your perfect home! She graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1989 and went on to work in several different offices until she found her current job working for a local transportation company. She has been employed there for 25 years and runs the payroll and human resource departments.

Lorri Miller was born and raised in the Hudson Valley. She moved to the Town of Newburgh 20 years ago when she got married. She still resides there with her husband and three children.
