- Ongoing Monitoring: Weekly minimum drive-by inspections with detailed documentation of material changes
- Initial Valuation: Drive-by BPO with exterior photography within five calendar days
Vacant Property Management
For unoccupied properties, we implement immediate action protocols:
- Complete vacant property registration in compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with clients to ensure proper documentation
- Maintain clear communication channels with all involved parties
Utility & HOA Management
With client approval, we:
- Transfer and manage utility services
- Process advance utility payments
- Coordinate with HOAs for proper notification and contact updates
- Maintain extensive HOA database across multiple jurisdictions
- Secure monthly itemized HOA statements detailing allowable fees and assessments
